Capturing Character In Charcoal
Each portrait is drawn entirely by hand, using a mix of artist-grade charcoal on premium heavyweight paper.
Three standard size options are available, but please let me know if you have a particular size in mind and I’ll do my best to accommodate with a custom quote.
A5 (5.8 x 8.3”) - £55 + £5 P&P*
These miniature sketch style portraits are great for small spaces or to keep in your work area and make lovely budget friendly gifts.
They can be drawn on fine grain sketching paper or textured watercolour paper as seen in the photo opposite.
These come in a classic white mount and protective sleeve. Ready to fit an 8x10” frame.
A4 (8.3 x 11.7”) - £150 + £10 P&P*
This is a great size for capturing a bit more detail and is perfect for a single subject portrait.
These come in a classic white mount and protective sleeve. Ready to fit a 12x16” frame.
A3 (11.7 x 16.5”) - £200 + £10 P&P*
By far my favourite scale to work at, offering different poses from head and shoulders to full body or even two subjects.
